Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 619jl, accessing any page of the 619jl website located at 619jl.cam, or using any part of our gaming services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and live dealer games, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 619jl platform regardless of geographic location, device type, or method of access. They govern the complete relationship between you and 619jl from the moment of account creation through account closure, including any disputes arising from platform use.

619jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or prominently displayed on the 619jl website. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 619jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and 619jl.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 619jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and sports betting services in the Philippines;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;

619jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, and to suspend or close accounts pending satisfactory verification.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full suite of 619jl services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 619jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 619jl employs technical systems to detect duplicate account activity. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and any balances held across such accounts will be subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 619jl will never contact you via email, live chat, or telephone to request your password. Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 619jl support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our regulatory obligations under PAGCOR, 619jl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification typically requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID; and (b) proof of payment method such as a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name. Additional documents may be requested at 619jl's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.5 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered details — particularly your email address and mobile number — must be promptly updated through your account settings or by contacting 619jl support. 619jl will not be liable for any communication failures resulting from outdated contact information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

619jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available periodically at 619jl's discretion. Deposits are reflected in your 619jl wallet instantly or within the standard processing time of the selected payment provider.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 619jl is ₱100 PHP. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 619jl and individual payment providers may apply daily or transaction limits for regulatory and security purposes. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed to GCash and PayMaya within approximately 10 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 banking business days. Processing times are subject to payment provider timelines and may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing additional compliance review.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

619jl reserves the right to require full KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the 619jl account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals may be held pending compliance review where 619jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 619jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player and are subject to the exchange rates applied by the relevant payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

619jl offers various promotional incentives to registered players including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty program rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the time of issue, which supersede the general provisions in this section where they conflict.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

619jl actively monitors for and prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer multiple times using different accounts; employing low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay; colluding with other players for bonus exploitation; and using bonuses on prohibited game types as specified in individual promotion terms. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and all associated winnings voided without notice.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

619jl's four-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) awards weekly cashback credits on net losses. Cashback credits issued under the VIP program carry zero wagering requirements unless otherwise specified and are credited to the player's wallet each Monday. The cashback percentage applicable to each tier, and the criteria for tier advancement, are published in the VIP Program terms accessible from your account dashboard.

5.4 Promotion Modification

619jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. In cases where a promotion is terminated before a player has met the wagering conditions, any accrued progress toward meeting those conditions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Malfunction Policy

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 619jl platform. Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, voiding of bets, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 619jl platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any automated manner;
• Colluding with other players, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in table games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or the financing of illegal activities;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your 619jl account;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 619jl staff members or other players;
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players;
• Circumventing self-exclusion arrangements or responsible gaming restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 619jl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 619jl or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 619jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any portion of the 619jl platform without prior written consent from 619jl.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 619jl's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 619jl in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

619jl shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or gaming records resulting from events beyond 619jl's reasonable control; (d) damage caused by internet service interruptions, device failures, or third-party software incompatibility; or (e) the conduct or content of third-party game providers.

619jl makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Responsible Gaming

619jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining an environment in which players can enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment without it negatively affecting their financial wellbeing or personal lives.

10.1 Player Tools

619jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits and reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the selected restriction period.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from 619jl may do so by submitting a request to [email protected] or via the account settings panel. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. Account Suspension & Termination

619jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• At the player's own request.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 619jl reserves the right to void pending bets, withhold bonuses, and forfeit the balance of any promotional funds. Real money deposits held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 619jl support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

619jl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the 619jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the 619jl platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

619jl operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have complaints that cannot be resolved directly with 619jl's customer support team may escalate such complaints to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR channels.

Nothing in these Terms shall prejudice the statutory rights of consumers under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
